Programming Proposals

The T.Byrd Training Center is accepting proposals from individuals, groups or organizations

who would like to offer seminars, workshops, classes or courses at our 10sq. ft. training center

located at 1501 S. New Road in Pleasantville.  Facility includes a student cafe'

for serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Classrooms equipped with computers,

Internet, lecture style for power point presentations, chalk board and more.

Individuals must be credentialed in their field and have experience in developing and conducting

educational events.  Assistance is available in the preparation and delivery of your program.

Special attention will be given to programs that address the needs of the

Atlantic and Cape May counties community needs and target youth, adults and

senior citizens.

Program and Community Development:

The Program and Community Development division of the T.Byrd Center has over ten years experience in

the development and implementation of community based programming and services.  Those services include

and are not limited to the following:

• Customized program and curriculum development
• Customized database to track services provided to clients
• Training materials:  training guide, workbook, projects, customized student database, etc.
• Customized student materials in addition to training materials
• Instructor materials:  work, homework sheets, quiz, tests, answer keys, assignments, projects, etc
• Administrative tracking tools for attendance, grades, incident reports, etc.
• Evaluation tools
• Certificate maker - customized with your program name, logo, etc.
• OPEN House or Grand Opening setup and assistance
• Advertising Packet - press release, flyers, brochures, web design, e-mail blasts, etc.
• Program materials - program booklet, ad booklet, tickets, agenda, minutes, etc.
• Technology implementation

• Counseling Services:  career, entrepreneurship, debt relief, credit, home ownership, etc.
